Privacy policy

Who we are

Perth Glazier Pros is operated by MAGIK INK PTY LTD (ABN 23 667 316 350) ("we", "us"). We are a referral and information service, not a glazier.

What we collect

• Requests: suburb, what is broken, the type of damage, whether the opening is secure, whether you're claiming on insurance (optional), name, mobile number, email (optional), timeframe, photos (optional) and notes.
• Calls: calls to our number are routed through a call-tracking provider, which records the calling number, time and duration. Calls may be recorded; a recording announcement plays before your call connects.
• Attribution data: the page you landed on, the referring site and campaign parameters (UTM tags, Google click ID), so we know which pages generate requests.
• Analytics: if enabled, usage statistics via Google Analytics.

How we use and share it

We use your information to call you back about your request, and to put you in touch with a local glazier we pass your name, mobile, email (if given), suburb, request details and photos to one local glazing business that services your area so they can contact you. You agree to this when you tick the consent box on the form. That business may pay us for the referral. We keep a record of requests to confirm referral numbers and handle disputes. We don't sell your information to lists or to multiple businesses.

Service providers who help run the site (form handling, call tracking, email delivery, hosting and analytics) may process your information on our behalf, and some may store data outside Australia.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw consent for future contact, by contacting us at quotes@perthglazierpros.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
